Every claim has a source

Each factual statement about a platform links to a source we opened, with the date we read it. Unverifiable claims are left out or marked as not published. Figures supplied by vendors or their clients are labelled as such.

Governance claims are read literally

Security and governance language is easy to stretch. We record what a vendor's page actually states, such as "every action is logged" or "enforces source-system permissions", and do not infer features it does not describe.

One standard for every platform

Every platform is profiled with the same structure, including its limits and the situations in which another platform is the better choice. The publisher's own product is held to that standard.

No paid placement

No vendor pays to be included, ranked or described. Links to vendor sites are for convenience.

How we use AI tools

Our editors use AI tools for research assistance and drafting; no statement is published until it has been checked against the source it cites.

Corrections

Tell us when something is wrong. Verified errors are corrected promptly and recorded in the page's change log.
